  • Avoid pickles, chutney and mustard sauce.
  • Avoid thick tomato gravies, tomato sauce/ ketchup or tomato soup.
  • Avoid green leafy veg like mustard (sarson), spinach (palak) and methi in the dinner.
  • Cut down on table salt.
  • Avoid munching on snacks (namkeens) and biscuits.
  • Avoid bread or anything made out of bread.
  • No canned foods
  • Take a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits.
  • Take skimmed milk or double toned twice in a day.
  • Take light dinners (normal/oat bran/ wheat bran roti with veg and salads OR dal with veg and salads)
  • Also start early dinners (by 7.00-7.30 p.m.)
  • No methi seeds.
  • No tulsi.
  • Chew 1 clove of garlic empty stomach in the morning.
