Besan Ka Cheela

Cooking time: 25 mins


  • 2-cup besan
  • 1 onion fine chop
  • 1 or 2 green chili fine chop
  • ½ tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red chili Pd
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp coriander Pd
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 or 1- ½ cup water
  • Olive oil for grilling



In a large mixing bowl mix together all ingredients except water. Add a small quantity of water for making smooth batter so that there should be no lumps. Make batter like dosa mixture. Heat oil in a non-stick, pour 1 tbsp batter on it and cook till golden brown on both sides. Serve with chutney.
