Mixed Bean Salad

Ingredients

Soybean whole 4tbsp

Rajma 4tbsp

Green gram whole 4tbsp

Chickpeas, whole 4tbsp

Tomatoes 2

Onion 1 chaat masala 1tsp

Coriander leaves 1 tbps

 

For dressing

Olive oil 1tbps

Lemon juice 1Tbps

Pepper powder to taste

Salt to taste

Description

Method

  1. Soak all the beans overnight and boil (or pressure cook) till soft. Chop tomatoes, onion and coriander leaves. Mix the cooked beans with chopped tomatoes and onion
  2. In a small capped bottle place olive oil, lemon juice, pepper powder and salt. Shake vigorously, pour it over the beans and toss the salad.
  3. Sprinkle chat masala over the salad. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
