Description
Method:
1) Let the soy granules be in boiling, slightly salted water for about 5 minutes and let them stay there for another 10 minutes before draining and squeezing out excess water.
2) Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard, jeera and hing.
3) Once the mustard splutters, add the chopped onion, green chillies and ginger and let cook till the onion softens.
4) Now add the grated cabbage, salt and saute for 4 to 5 min.
